尊敬的詹姆斯·T. 罗素

詹姆斯·T法官odd 罗素 attended and graduated from Carson High School in 1965 and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in 十大电子游戏正规平台 Administration from the University of 内华达, 里诺, in 1969. He graduated from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1974, after serving as a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army from 1969-1971.

Judge 罗素 worked as a Law Clerk at the 内华达 Supreme Court from 1974 to 1975; and as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of 内华达 from 1975 to 1976. 1976年至2006年, he was in private practice in 卡森城, 内华达, during which time he had extensive civil litigation experience.

Judge 罗素 was appointed District Court Judge of the First Judicial District Court on January 1, 2007. He is married to Jeanne, and has two grown children, Matthew and Timothy.
